NAG Mudra

Nag Mudra is very easy to do and can be done anytime of the day for 15 minutes.  It is very helpful to develop the physical strength of the body.  It helps to relieve the stress and tension of the mind and makes you relax. It helps to make your gloomy mind active as it brings clarity in the mind. I request the readers to practice this mudra and express their experiences in the comment below.

Vaayu mudra

Vaayu mudra is one of the beneficial mudra which can be done to balance the air element in the body and to remove the toxic gases out of the body. It also helps to keep the person physically fit and mentally alert in day to day life. Experience: I have the good experience to share with you all. I am travelling in a flight to attend my business conference. On the flight, person sitting besides me was young gentlemen. We are just exchanging some talks on globally economy while sipping a cup of coffee.  In the middle of discussion, he yawned multiple times. So i just remarked, are you feeling sleepy. He replied that, I don't know but usually I own at periodic intervals with no reason. So I asked other question to him, you are fit at mornings or feeling tiresome and any issues with digestion.
