Vajra Mudra

It stimulates the blood circulation and reduces dizziness and restlessness if happened due to low blood pressure.
It should be practiced by sitting on the floor, 5 mins for 3 times a day for optimum results.
Regular practice of this mudra can help one relieve intoxication from ciggaretes and tobacco.

Note: Patients with high blood pressure should avoid practicing this mudra.
