Kanishtha Mudra

Kanistha mudra is very simple to practice in which one has to join tips of two little fingers of both hands for 15 mins in morning, preferably at sunrise.

This Mudra will help to normalize your blood pressure which can prevent practioner from strokes of heart and brain. At the same time, water content of the body remains balanced and relieves you from constipation, indigestion and nausea.
