Kanishtha Mudra

Kanistha mudra is very simple to practice in which one has to join tips of two little fingers of both hands for 15 mins in morning, preferably at sunrise.

This Mudra will help to normalize your blood pressure which can prevent practioner from strokes of heart and brain. At the same time, water content of the body remains balanced and relieves you from constipation, indigestion and nausea.

Gyan Mudra

I am practising Gyan mudra from last 30 years and found several benefits from it in my health. I thought to share my some experiences with you so it may benefit to you at some point of life. In my days of studies,   I have issue of lack of concentration while studying. Normally mind starts thinking of something else while reading science or languages.
